Amen to that one Stan.
Since there are so many more states now than when the CW began, there should be a better understanding all around on some of the points the Southern states tried to make. What works for one area, section or state may not be the best solution for another. The income for programs that are mandated varies and there may be no suppliment.
Could be something to see when 26 states go against Big Brother on an issue. Might even cause a few to take another look at why the CSA was formed. Not that it will happen again, nor should it, but the frustration is going to get louder. We can say ---we feel your pain.
