If you disect Oklahoma into four parts you will find the North Central to the red river plains country, the Eastern Part is Ozark foothills, the west Southwest is considered to be part of the Desert Southwest, and the Panhandle Great Plains feeding over into the Black Mesa of New Mexico. But every inch of it is in the Southern part of the United States and included in the Confederacy.
