Very interesting David. This could be the start of the end or the beginning of something that works for the majority. Hard to call right now. If the districts are geographical, and should there be a large disagreement, would it be called a 'War Between the Districts'? I have a difficult time seeing the NW District and the SE District seeing eye to eye on anything. Could the NW Dist. use 'green', child friendly weapons? We know the SE would use whatever lands in their hand first. ;) Imagination works overtime on this one.
