I'm not responding to your posting, nor am I taking a position. I am sure this posting will create a "heated" exchange and I must say, I don't necessarily agree with some of your conclusions, but I do want to congratulate you on the construction of your posting and the non-aggressive manner, in which, you've written it. I hope that the responses will be as well thought out and similar in demeanor.
