I gathered up all the necessary paperwork to join the MOS and gave it to man who subsequently left the SCV (for reasons other than the one I stated). It takes a lot of ego for a man to make the personal sacrifice of donating large amounts of personal time to run these organizations. The more I see, the more it reminds me of the old saying about watching someone make sausage. The rank and file of the SCV are sincere honorable men with the best of intentions and I could not care less about some bogus yankee historian and his unqualified criticism.
