The National headquarters Camp is made up of unaffiated memberships. I was a member of the National Camp for a couple of years before I an another member chartered our own Camp. There is in most states simular unaffilated members not attached to any camp.
Of course, it was Will Rogers who said he wouldn't join of any organization that would have him as a member?
