I read your message to Greg Miller and I just thought I would mention that we are related since my survey and reports with the Middle Tennessee Civil War Round Table, Kentucky Historical Society and the Fulton and Hickman Libraries do now preserve my reports of our family in the Civil War entitled Bushart Family in the Civil War as per the Internets and in the Newsletter of the MTCWRT with articles written by Jim Lewis, Secretary and this writer. Your complete review will make you very proud as the Bushart records in the Civil War are equal to any family history. I ironically found that Bushart troopers in the Union Command ( three) were killed in action against the Bushart family from Kentucky on various battlefields ( Vicksburg, Stone River, and the Wilderness.
