Danny, In my last response to the board, I hope you understood that I meant that I was the amateur historian. What I meant was that sometimes I can get all wrapped up in some "grand strategy" thought about why someone did this or that when the real reason may be much simpler ( like who was closest to the action , who had mounts , weapons, bullets , forage, clothes, etc).I hope you understood that. I am the amateur.
