I have the following information from the National Archives:

Head Quarters 73rd Regt. O.V.D. Near Brooks Station March 16, 1863.
A Regimental Court Martial is here by appointed and will convene at these head quarters this afternoon at 2 o'clock and will continue to meet at 2 o'clock PM until further orders for the trial of prisoners as may from time to time be brought before the court.
