Comments/questions regarding: "graves registration" project

1. Do you have this data posted online or intend to post it online or perhaps publish it?
Have you been in contact with any of the relatives/descendants of the MARTINs you listed?
If so, would love to make contact with them.
2. I do have at least one MARTIN (my great grandfather) you do not have on your list; however,
I’ve not yet identified all my folks on the list because of common names—Andrew, Robert, John,
James, not the first
Theophilus, Alonzo, Cornelius, or Walpole in the lot to my dismay!
Do you just want name, unit, birth, death, where buried—-if known?
3. I may be able to provide you with data on some of the MARTINs who served in the CSA from
Alabama who moved to TX and died there. Have pension data here regarding several.

Well, #72 and #298 are both Corporals as is your guy.
#298 says OFU B. J., so that takes us back to #72. So,
#72 and #298 appear to be the same person. However, #61 clearly says BEN and refers us
to J. R. (#449). So, are all of these likely to be the same person and the same as yours?

I do not show a Daniel as having served in 16th Ala. Inf.
I have several MARTINs who did serve in the 16th Ala. Inf., but none of them
served in Co. A. Maybe this person is listed under a variant spelling of MARTIN,
which I did not transcribe. Or maybe he is listed under a different unit. I'm puzzled.

So, I will add him to my list of 700+ MARTINs for now!
