I'll try to make it by one of my local bookstores and see if they have, and I can check out to see, a copy and if you might have included Thomas Baker within the pages,, and hopefully some history on him. Even at that, if you do have T J Baker included, it might not reveal whether it is the same Pvt T J Baker.
Even his records in the archives might not even show that. If he was killed, or died, in service, it's possible that a parent or other relatives name might come up if they claimed his, the deceased, possessions and back pay maybe.

I did see your book online yesterday when getting involved in this but didn't realize you had all, or many of, the 21st boys listed.
Great looking book and would have to be invaluable for the people of Alabama.

I'm not related to Pvt Baker but distantly related to John Deakle, the 2nd husband Bakers widow Rosanna,
John Deakle was also of SW Mobile County.
