Jerry, your best bet is to call the courhouse there and gain contact with the "unofficial" county historian, typically a little old lady who knows everything about county history since the REvolution (not always accuratly, so be ready to do rearch to back her up). Such a personage or the SCV may know the whereabouts of burial grounds of a CS hospital. And you may get lucky and it's a manicured hillside with perpetual care.
