Your saying these soldiers were from Saline County, Arkansas. I'm guessing they were in Arkansas units. Let me think about it and see if I can come up with something. There is very little of anything on Arkansas troops at Camp Hope/Camp Nelson. maybe only a fifth of the deaths at Camp Nelson were ever reinterred to the current 1906 Camp Nelson Cemetery. Arkansas troops' deaths and graves are a big blank. I'm not sure, but I don't think any soldier is buried at the indiviual grave sites. I think the 1906 reburial was a mass grave burial somewhere in the cemetery.
