Vann family & the Civil War

We are researching David Vann (son of Rich Joe) who was married to Nancy Mackey. He was in the 2nd Cherokee mounted Vols. Company F. He detached service to manufacture salt by order of Stand Watie Dec. 1 1962. He and his wife had salt works near Webbers Falls which had been hers during a previous marriage (Talley). We are also researching his son William who was married to Charlotte Lottie Willis. Following the war, William was a Canadian Dist. Sheriff.

We are looking for information on where/when David & Nancy married. And any general info about them. We are also looking for the same kinds of info for Wm and Lottie. Wm. was in Company B of the 1st cherokee Mtd. Vols. and Company F of the 2nd mounted Vols. He took a bullet to the chest and survived. We haven't been able to find any info on where this may have happened.

Any info on this Webbers Falls family would be appreciated.
