Honestly, I'm learnig alot about the Brewer side of the family myself. Being one of the youngest grandkids of Sallie (West) and David B Brewer, family history wasn't something talked about and even something I was interested in when Granny Brewer was alive. David Brewer, son of Wiliam Snow Brewer, I believe died in 1927 at the age of 47. My mother Vera Belle Brewer was one of 10 children. She was around 7 when her father died. I do remember growing up, going to the Three River Cemetry with Granny Brewer. Also, I remeber my aunts were upset because they called it the "Brewer Cemetry". Which makes sense now after what you told me about the alloment land. I know that the Brewer's alloment land was in that area. I also think the homeplace for one of the brewers, maybe Thomas fox or William Snow, may still be standing.

I have been gathering alot of information about the Brewers, which includes the Taylor's and the Vann's. I don't have many pictures. The ones I do have, I have no way of identifing them since all of my aunts and uncles are gone.

What has been intersting is learning about how the Brewers were so involved in the Cherokee history, along with the Taylors and Vanns. So any information that you can provide.....I will appreciated. I have gatherd some infomation...would be glad to share it with you.
