was he in the 9th ms infantry Allan, or the 3rd battalion MS state troops? I doubt it was him in Columbus, On some of the Geneology records around here, he was listed in the 9th MS Infantry. Where was the record George found taken from? several guys around here were indeed in the 3rd battalion state troops, and went on into other Units like the 24th INF and 9th MS Calvary. Was this Josiahs case? was he in both the 3rd and the 9th?
