Linda: Thanks very much for the information. I would love to get down that way and look around. I had some relatives that fought with the 8th MO Cav (CSA) from Brownsville through the fall of Little Rock. In fact I had one who was terribly wounded at Bayou Fourche. I am glad that you group is doing somethng to preserve the civil war activity of that area.
