Dear Sir,

Yes, I am aware of the photo and some of the line of custody for the uniform. I have the pictures posted on the web page.

The "Joe Brown Jackets" are of currently unknown quality, cut, or type. These jackets began to show up prior to the Columbus Type II jackets. From my research the Columbus Type II jackets began showing up no earlier than the spring of 1863.

Research continues.
