I've held off on this,, but now I must bring something to light. Many years ago, I read all of the books by Erik Van Daniken about Ancient Astronauts visiting the earth and being responsible for the development of all of the major civilizations of the world. From the Aztecs to the Egyptians our real history is not of the ascendancy of man, but in reality, it must be true because this guy Van Daniken sold a lot of books, we are the product of alien technology.
Well, here's what I'm getting to, since the Civil War records did not necessarily reference the race of Civil War soldiers, maybe they overlooked aliens in the Confederate army. I know there are stories from this period of strange lights in the sky, unusual weather, etc. Who's to say that this isn't evidence of aliens and alien involvement.
Think about some of the photos of Abraham Lincoln and how dramatically he changed from 1861 to 1865. This could be the result of some sort of biometric suit that was deteriorating in earth's atmosphere. I'm not so sure that the assassination of president Lincoln wasn't simply a removal of this alien being from among us.
You know there's no documentation to deny that aliens were in the Confederate army and since so many people believe that aliens have visited and continue to visit the earth. Why not a large contingent of aliens in Lee's army in Virginia.
When you think about the great victories of General Lee (also possibly a high-ranking alien) is there any other explanation than victories like Chancellorsville and Second Bull Run, might have been the result of a cadre of alien life-forms.
Now with documentation, go out and prove that I'm wrong in my contention or maybe I'm just a "nut".
