Carl, regarding the Ninth Tennessee Cavalry, I am in the process of writing a history of the Ninth Tennessee Cavalry. It should be finished by the end of the year. I am a Civil War historian for Sevier County, from which several men served in this regiment. A man from our county left a journal of his service with this regiment. I did not find his name on the AG report, but I find some do not show up on the published roster.
