Do you think we could sue the Federal Govt today to be recompensated? My GG Grandfather had roughly 800 acres of land lost to the Occuppiers, his brother lost 250 centered around the development of the Bryant WalMart and all surrounding area. My Forsythe GG Grandfather lost roughly 300-400 acres as well along Boone Rd in Bryant. Just look at all the US Govt cost my family by making them subject to illegal taxes. AFter all, when the US won, they absorbed all the monies ever raised by the CS govt so therefore they had their taxes for 1861-64 at least. Every other group seems to whine and attempt to get something from the Govt for what it did to their ancestors, but this was definately a huge mistake, and our ancestors and all their descendants not only paid for all the bad things during the war, but after as well. Many if I could have just had 10 acres there around Wal Mart I'd be set!
