From an Iraq vet, son of CSA soldiers, to a WWII hero...thank you for your service. Hope you enjoy the trip. I feel as you do.. I served my flag and I honor my ancestors who served theirs! Had uncles in Europe with Patton, Navy destroyer at N. Africa and Sicily and another as a machine gunner on landing craft at Iwo and Okinawa. They were all Southerners to the core though.
