Yes, location can be everything, and Montgomery is historically correct for such a venue, if fact, marry it with the history of the final big opening of the West (deep South) from Indians to the Americans, which I believe started with Andrew Jackson's expedition down the rivers to the Indian villiages at Montgomery and you have quite a deep area of good Southern history to work with. Not to mention the early French Army post established nearby at Watumpka.
