I don't want interpretations, themes or anything like that in my museum visits. Just organize the display by period or subject, etc. and put it on display with a little card that states what it is and where it came from.

I don't want other people's views or ideologies in "my" museum experience. I just want to see the artifacts with a basic explanation. I think we get ourselves in trouble when we start interpreting these repositories.
