I can't agree that racism is more prevalent in one part of the country than another. In fact, that's a big part of what I'm saying. I don't make any claims that the South is not racist or "culturalist", I'm saying it is hypocrisy to single out the South as its source or its home. It is inaccurate to claim slavery as its source.
