Having said that, I will let sheer partisanship hold sway and opine that never was a finer sight seen than the dozens upon dozens of Union regiments parading down the avenue of the nation's capitol after the big one was finally won.

One of my favorites, I also like the Garry Owen, though technically it comes a few years later, it was used by officers of the Union Army. Union songs as a rule were a little on the solemn side for me...lol
