People just do not seem to have the strong convictions of their beliefs that they had in 1860 or it would have already resulted in more violant responce than just trying to elect Presidents, Govenors and Repersentatives to reverse Roe V Wade.

I don't believe that the Abolishionist of the 1850's throught that they could every achieve the ending of slavery by peaceful means. I don't think they ever thought that they could muster enough political support in Congress to pass a 13th Amendment system piece of legislation without a war as a political catalist.

That was John Brown's method.
