I stand by my statement...If the Confederates were traitors why were NONE brought to trial Duh? Don`t give me anymore of that BS that that North did not want to punish to South, here in Missouri they has their foot on our necks until abt 1877.

The FACT remains the Yankees did not prosecute ANY Confederates for treason because they had NO chance of winning.
