I still carry a .30 caliber bullet in my left wrist from carrying targets behind the butts at Camp Elliott during live fire small arms training. We thought there was only one bullet, and after the cease fire was given, a Gunners' Mate on the line pulled it out with a pair of needle nose pliers, and we went on about our business. I found out about 25 years later that there were two bullets, fused together and ricocheting into my arm, ala the fused Minie' balls we have all seen from time to time. I had fallen and hurt my wrists while working security at a hospital, or we would never have known I still suffered from "lead poisoning". LOL Stan
