If you dig a little deeper you’ll find that Woodrow Wilson was the President that segregated the Armed Forces and removed 95% of non-whites from the Federal payroll, leaving janitorial and food service work for the non-whites.
Prior to Woodrow Wilson, non-whites served in combat rolls on land and sea in all of the early United States Wars, many receiving highest honors.
