That's certainly a debatable question. I think it's possible one or more would have been at some point in time over the other issues, but maybe not. It's a little like asking, "If the political scene of the U.S. had been different than it was in the late 1860s, would Lincoln have been elected?". Like the first question, it's debatable, but never provable either way.
