I believe that sometime ago David pointed out that was a biased opinion. Still nowhere in the constitution does it say the states have given up their right to withdraw from the union. Also didn't Lincoln say somethingalong the same lines? Besides that opinion was given after the war, therefore it was only by force it becasme illegal.
