You didn't upset my applecart at all. Bryan, David and everyone else here in THIS forum have responded to Fort Wagner using the exact statements I made about Shiloh. That the mass graves were not a sign of disrespect but of expediency. I told them I agreed fully with their statements about the burials at Wagner.

Yet when I said the EXACT SAME THINGS about the mass graves at Shiloh it was treated with some degree of scorn by more than just one poster, although I was not thinking specifically of you and I did not ever say you. When the exact same words about mass graves are said about Wagner, here in this forum by many, the posts are treated with wide agreement and respect. Side by side comparisons of my statements avbout shiloh's mass graves and these men's staements about Fort Wagner's mass graves are almost identical in some cases even using the exact phrases sometime. Anyone can compare Bryan's staement with mine and see for themselves.

Seems like many folks posting here now today just want to make personal attacks. So be it. I did not, and will not, make personal attacks of any kind, but there is no point in participating in discussions with folks who just want to play personal insult games.
