Mr. Caudle, I read the 13th Amendment, and while it stipulates the only cause fo being held in involuntary servitude is conviction of a crime, it does does not specify the prisoner must be held in a government run facility. This would seem to give leeway for privately run places of incerceration. At one time, prisoners were rented to private contractors for manual labor. I doubt that's done anywhere today. Stan
