Martin, I was drawing no distinctions between Southerners and Southern Unionists. I will leave that to you. I was trying to speak for those Southerners and Descendants of Southern Confederates who I have come to know on this board. I did admit to cultural differences and that subject has been debated through and through in the past. Yet, when it is all said and done, I hold that the distinctions I made between between northerners and Southerns who participate together on this board, are the principle if not the only real reason Southerners engage northerners in the debates. Again, I know not why northerns engage and would be interested in learning more on that.
