Again, the Confiscation Acts and Emancipation Proclamation, while having certain moral benefits, were wartime measures designed to weaken the South's ability to fight. They were not purely (or even primarily) humanitarian measures. They dealt with "property" of people in rebellion.
You still don't explain by what authority Lincoln could have ended slavery in loyal areas.
