Mike,

Indeed, that is the place. Four branches of my family moved to NW Tyler County prior to 1850. I have a lot of genealogy and history information regarding Tyler County, including things relevant to the C.S.A. When the Woodville Rifles (eventually Co. F, 1st TX Inf.) was organized, one of my ancestors was elected 1st Lt.

Do you have any documents for Sam A. Willson, Wm. Seamans, Wm. J. Durdin or any of their relatives? Let me know if you think I might have some useful information.
