Not one person on this board up to and including has argued that more men were not needed, it is the reason you promote as the reason for not arming the slaves is the problem. I even gave you reasons as reported from a Yankee newspaper.
If you are having problems undertsanding this point, please get someone else to explain it to you. I see it as a simple explanation, why you simply cannot or will not grasp the explanation is beyond me.
