I would not have any problem with cited media sources; however, I would prefer that these not be posted individually, but accummulated and posted in groups of perhaps, five or more.

I might also suggest, that you and others attempt to use references from "main stream" media and entertainment. It is certainly possible to find extreme and prejudicial references to white Southerners from political or fringe media sources that market such speech to a bigoted audience.

Let's also try to keep this "calm". Just post your sourced material and if others don't automatically agree with your conclusions or your view of the remark, let's not let the resulting postings spin out of control.

Also, please start a new thread on this subject and, as much as possible, regarding the theme of this site connect or use remarks that are related to Southern heritage and the Civil War, Slavery, etc.
