Keith, there was an issue that I was involved in about 6 months(?) back, special concessions were made for one religion, but not made for others. It involved a meat packing company. I was later to find out this same religion got some sort of special grants or something like that from the FEDs. Old issue and my memory is getting rusty. I remember the basics that is why I put that in there.

Also another point I am trying to make, it doesn't take a Hamilton of Jefferson to to make up rules, good or bad. All it takes is someone who makes a determination of what these rules are believed to state and a military to enforce this determination. Does 1861 come to mind?
