Re: A New Constitution
In Response To: Re: A New Constitution ()

John,

Actually I never said one way or the other, but since you mention that fact I can point out some very good arguments and make a case to that effect, Washington D.C. New Orleans, Chicago, Atlanta, Richmond. I think you get the picture huh? What that the statement, bottom rail now on the top, actually refers to is blacks over whites and has nothing to do with being equal, but being superior. Rotating because of race what a unique if not asinine idea whose time I hope never comes. No wonder you don’t think any of wannabe Rambo types could sit in on writing a new constitution, we were not smart enough to think of rotating because of race. Knowledge, experience, ability, education be dammed it is our turn to be on top. Good point. It is about time for the Hispanic and American Indians time to come around isn’t it. Oh yeah rotating the car tires has nothing to do with how it runs, that is done because the average person is ignorant about tire maintenance and the tires must be rotated to extend the life of the set.

I never said anything about segregation but since you want to open the subject, we can. Nothing wrong with segregation, I am sure most people do want to be associated with people of their own color who have the same social background, who believe in the same values and whose religion is similar, have our kids go to a school that hasn’t been dumbed down or teach a sanitized version of history to please or not offend another group. Is it wrong to want to live in a neighborhood of my choosing where the people living around me somewhat resemble me in a physical appearance. Is it wrong to want to live in a neighborhood where I don’t have to look out my window and see people walking down the street with their p[ants hanging off their butts or listen to loud blaring profanity laced and violence fill rap music. Oh yeah and as far as segregation goes the north has always been way more segregated than the South, in fact the team that Jackie Robinson went to was owned by people of the North and he was welcome on the team by who? Pee Wee Reese, who just happens to be a descendant of a Confederate soldier. Oh yeah you might also be interested in knowing Jackie didn’t’ exactly give up his racial bias either , In the 1960s, he helped to establish the Freedom National Bank, an African-American owned and controlled entity based in Harlem, New York. http://en.wikipedia.org/?title=Jackie_Robinson

No I do not; I see attacks on whites constantly for one reason or another. I see attacks on Confederate Heritage based on race daily. I see attacks of blacks on whites and a hate crime law that is one sided. I see a generation of kids growing up today that is totally ignorant of what is happening around them, a generation that is almost ignorant of history except the very basics of history and a generation of white who are made to feel ashamed of their ancestors.
I never said anyplace nor did anyone post on this board, anything about returning to segregation. That was strictly you. That is something that you brought up yourself in hopes of putting me in awkward position. You, my friend, are not that smart. But I do have an idea let’s just take a look at some things of interest you might say. For instance we have these segregated, or race based events or groups.

1. Black Coaches association
2. Black Caucasus in Congress
3. Black Music awards
4. Black Miss America
5. Black History Month
6. USCT re-enacting
7. NAACP
8. Black World group (I saw where they had a meeting a couple of months ago in New Orleans)
9. Black Mayors Association
10. Black teachers association
11. Historically black colleges( I suggest you read up on this and them show me a historically white college)

I could go on, but I think you get the picture.
Let me tell you something before you start accusing me of hating America. First of all if I do or if don’t it is none of your business. You haven’t earned the right to pass judgment on me, but I have earned the right to have an opinion and express it I served my time so have all my ancestors before me and so will all of those who come after me. We have paid our price in blood an It is a good bet my family was here before yours. Equal rights, is that like carving out a voting district based on race, is that like telling a company owner he has to hire so many minorities regardless of who is better qualified, equal rights is that like me not getting a job with the post office, because I was a minority even though I scored ten points higher than anyone else, equal rights is that like my daughter not getting scholarship because the only scholastic left were for minorities., equal rights is that like telling me I have to turn good white welders away from a federal job in order to train blacks to take their place, equal rights is that like my other daughter not getting on the cheer leading team because we need more black girls ( they tell me they don’t see color), equal rights is that like some black kid going to school with a shirt on showing Bob Marley smoking a joint but a white kid cannot have a Confederate belt buckle, is that the same as the Ujamba(sp) Club or the JR. NAACP club meeting in school but the but whites cannot have a White Heritage group( I checked into this). Is equal rights buying a house and setting up a minority with fishing boats, perhaps equal rights are when our hospitals and school must accommodate the illegal’s swarming the country, Maybe it is the NFL telling Arizona they must have and honor a MLK birthday or we will not hold a super bowl in the state. Oh wait I know equal rights is when the ACLU tells Santa Rosa County they can no longer mention the Christian religion in school or have school prayers These are all first hand experiences pertaining just to me or issue I have been involved in. Now you want to tell me about hating something and equal rights? Maybe equal rights is the NFL boycotting Arizona because they voted against a MLK birthday, or maybe equal rights is the white band members at my daughters school being threatened with being expelled from school and help back if they didn’t march in a MLK Birthday parade, but the black band students refuse to play “Dixie.” Don’t know what your real problem is but it is obvious--- YOU AIN’T GOT A CLUE!!!!
