I have a dear friend who is like that. She is a real wordsmith. During my second career before I started my third career. :) She was my boss. We had a situation where a severe rebuke was in order. She typed it up and called me into her office and handed it to me and told me to go to the ladies work place and take her aside and personally read this letter of rebuke to her and have her sign the extra copy that she gave me. Well, I went to the work site, got the lady and lead her into the break room since there was no one else in the break room. I read her the letter of rebuke and as I gave her a copy she started to sob and the tears rolled down her face and I thot, here we go, she is heart broken. Instead she clutched the letter in her hand and between sobs, she said it was the nicest letter she ever got. :)
